Lo scafo in carbonio-epoxy e anima in Corecell del nuovo MD62ab, il 62 piedi (18,90 metri) progettato dall’architetto argentino Alejandro Bottino, è stato estratto dallo stampo dopo la laminazione sottovuoto e la cottura a 60° C nel forno del cantiere. Dopo l’allestimento degli interni verrà posta la coperta, anche questa in carbonio, e già realizzata, come tutti i componenti, dalle maestranze Maxi Dolphin. Consegna prevista dell’MD62ab a fine novembre 2019.

While we were motoring back into Canet-en-Roussillon marina at the end of our week charter on an Excess 11, we were overtaken by Zig Zag, a Windelo 54 under full main and Code 0.
