🇬🇧I finally regained the courage to continue writing my book. I had started it in 2017 but due to having to process so much and overcome obstacles in my life, I couldn't move forward with it. Until now. My story is about setbacks, traumas, making strides, grieving, staying positive, hope , and regaining meaning to live life. It has brought me to where I am today. I hope I can inspire you with my story and a look into my life on social media to also persevere, keep hope and believe in your dreams. In 2017 was ik ermee begonnen maar doordat ik zoveel moest verwerken en obstakels in mijn leven moest overwinnen kon ik er niet mee verder. Tot nu. Mijn verhaal gaat over tegenslagen, trauma's, stappen maken, rouwverwerking, positief blijven, hoop , en weer zin krijgen om het leven te leven. Het heeft mij gebracht waar ik nu sta. The river that flows from Bosnia, Mostar, all the way out to the sea in Croatia and we're in the mandarin field so we have come down here for experience with a with a restaurant and we're out the fields we get to pick our own mandarins. These are the best I think the best mandarins I've had in my life and look how fast these peel they have no seeds and they are absolutely divine mmm. So, this is one of places you can come when you visit Croatia. The Lassithi Plateau at the island of Crete is a wide, fertile plain over 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by peaks, dotted with villages and fields as far as the eye could see. One of the first things we noticed was a row of stone windmills. There were about 20 in view, but once, there were over 10,000 of them! These windmills used to pump water from the ground for irrigation – a lifeline for agriculture here. The Lassithi Plateau has long been the agricultural heart of eastern Crete, with a unique microclimate and plenty of groundwater. Even today, the 18 villages around the plateau live primarily from farming. We flew our drone to capture this sweeping valley from above – the perfect blend of natural beauty and human ingenuity.
