Introducing the LMF 22 which was launched at the beginning of the summer for buoy and waterway maintenance operations in the lakes of Maine. Despite it's relatively small size, the boat routinely carries a cargo of 2500lbs consisting of buoys, anchors, and chain. The buoys and gear are worked via a davit at the side hull cutout. A bow thruster was also installed to help keep the boat on station. it's been said that selling a beloved boat is a happy day...NOPE! I had loved this boat, didn't want to even try to sell her so I drug her with us to NC as we moved into GalaxSea. Galactica sold lightning fast-- within 2 hours of being posted online. she had a contract. I'll miss her. I was nearly in tears.
