► The Diam 24 remains a sporty multihull; with 20 knots of wind, a delay in maneuvering or poor crew positioning can result in a capsize... but the very robust trimaran can set off again for the next race as soon as it is righted! ► Sign up for our newsletter and win a free two-month subscription to Multihulls World by clicking here: https://bit.ly/48JP1Vk ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 600 multihulls tests! Transit 38 cruising catamaran by Woods Designs overtaking a 41ft FP Lipari to windward in 15-20 knots wind. One cruising couple on each boat. When we met the Lipari we were sailing in the other direction, so had to gybe round to chase them. So we started maybe 1/4mile behind them and right behind. we slowly caught them up. Pointing higher and sailing faster. It is hard to film and steer at the same time! I also have a range of other multihull designs, both power and sail from 14-45ft that you can build yourself from plans, see www.sailingcatamarans.com for more
