Ein Freiflug über die Tobago Cays.... Live aus dem Mast Top der SY Atanga Wir, Joachim und Sabine, die Crew der Atanga, wir sind am 01. Juni 2014 in Hamburg gestartet. 2015: Kanarischen Inseln 2016: Kapverdische Inseln, im Februar 2016 unsere Atlantik-Überquerung nach Französisch Guyana. Dann kleine Antillen und noch einmal die Guyanas und Suriname mit der Nereid’s Rally. 2017: ABC-Inseln (nur BC), Mexiko und Belize. In Mexiko haben wir eine dreiwöchige Rundreise im Landesinneren unternommen. Im Anschluss kamen Providencia und Kolumbien Festland (ebenfalls mit einer dreiwöchigen Rundreise) und die San Blas Inseln in Panama. 2018: Wir wurden im Januar in Panama vom Blitz getroffen. Die Reparatur dauerte drei Monate. Nach der Passage durch den Panama Kanal haben wir den Rest des Jahres in Ecuador verbracht und fünf Wochen das Landesinnere erkundet. 2019: Osterinsel, Gambier, Tuamotu und Gesellschaftsinseln. 2020: Die Corona-Krise hat uns in Gambier (Franz. Polynesien) erwischt. Wir werden sehen, wohin der Wind uns treibt und wie weit wir kommen.

🎉Siamo più di 60mila su YouTube! Grazie Amici 🤍 ⛵️Festeggiamo con il vlog di una giornata estiva di vita in barca a vela e scrittura. 🌅Al mattino sveglia sempre prima dell'alba per leggere e fare journaling, cioè mettere subito tutti i miei pensieri su carta. 📝Dopo colazione scrivo per un paio d'ore, di solito partendo da qualche idea che mi è venuta facendo journaling. 🧘🏽‍♀️La mia pausa è sempre un po' di attività fisica: che può essere yoga in barca oppure una pagaiata in kayak ed una camminata a terra per esplorare la zona. 👩🏽‍💻Per il resto della giornata cerco di bilanciare la scrittura con il resto del lavoro che ho da fare al computer e la vita in barca, perchè non bisogna mai dimenticarsi di godersi il momento. 🌊Non sempre riesco a mantenere l'equilibrio, ma fa parte dell'avventura. 🌙Alla sera, dopo aver studiato il meteo e preparato la barca per la notte in rada di solito leggo per un paio d'ore e spesso continuo a scrivere insieme alla luna. 🤗Seguimi su Instagram e YouTube per altre avventure di mare e di scrittura.
