Our last two weeks in The Bahamas đ. Today, we sail from Spanish Wells to The Berry Islands where we plan to spend the next week or so before making our way to Andros and Morgans Bluff. It was an awesome day of sailing. We got pinched off in the morning and needed to motor sail but then the winds strengthened and shifted more north. What a great day.

đCinnamon Swirl Pancakes (for 2) Make your go-to pancake batter for 2 đ¤Set aside 2â3 tbsp of batter and mix with: âĸ 2 tbsp melted butter âĸ 2 tbsp brown sugar âĸ 1 tsp cinnamon Cook pancakes as usual and pipe a swirl into pancake batter while cooking đ¤Cream cheese drizzle: 2 tbsp softened cream cheese 1 tsp melted butter 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar Splash of vanilla 1â2 tsp milk (to thin) Whisk until smooth & drizzle over warm pancakes đĨ Enjoy!
