After a month away, I'm back in my tiny fishing village on Amami Oshima. Twenty-nine people. This has become my longevity laboratory and a base from which I am exploring one simple question: What helps people remain healthy, independent, and engaged well beyond the average healthy lifespan? Pernoitei, com mar tranquilo, quando o dia amanheceu já estava com as velas em cima. Sai da praia de Lopes Mendes em Ilha Grande/Angra dos Reis e fui a Paraty, Passando pelo lado continental da Ilha e ainda, de quebra, fazendo ótimo mergulho na Ilha Jorge Grego, (Vale consulta na NET) Bora promar!!!
