After a month away, I'm back in my tiny fishing village on Amami Oshima. Twenty-nine people. This has become my longevity laboratory and a base from which I am exploring one simple question: What helps people remain healthy, independent, and engaged well beyond the average healthy lifespan? This has existed in various forms on several hulls. What is shown is this video is from “Umbono”, hull 20. It is very sleek and blend in with the lines of the solar arch shown earlier. On Mira, we will have a similar arrangement to starboard while leaving port empty in case we deploy a Starlink installation in the future. Want more?
