The Spiced Cider Mule has: 1 ounce apple vodka ¼ ounce Orange Curaçao 1 ounce apple cider 1 ounce ginger beer Dash angostura bitters Combine apple vodka, Orange Curaçao, apple cider, and ginger beer in a copper mug filled with ice. Add a dash of angostura bitters! Stir gently. Garnish with an apple slice! One of our NSSC Sailability members, Jazz Turner, crossing the finish line at the end of her epic Project FEAR ("face everything and rise") journey. Jazz is terminally ill with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and is a full-time wheelchair user. After 28 days sailing around the UK and Ireland single-handed, non-stop and unassisted, Jazz arrived back at Brighton Marina around 13:30 on Monday 30th June 2025. Jazz is raising money for the Newhaven and Seaford Sailing Club (NSSC) Sailability fund.
