But to unlock the flavor, you have to follow the ritual: 1️⃣ Start with the deep red membrane around the seeds (pure lycopene!) 2️⃣ Move to the orange flesh in the center 3️⃣ Finish with the fresh juice At first, the taste is confusing. Then it hits you a radical shift from earthy to creamy vibes. I’ve always believed you don’t just visit a country - you taste its soul. And my thought that night? We only live once. Happy 1st of December! 🌟 We’re kicking off our Christmas calendar with a tour of the salon, the heart of our boat, Vela. ❤️ This space is so much more than just a room: ➡️ On the port side, our cozy settee transforms into a dining room, office, or even a nap spot during passages. 🛋️💤 ➡️ On the starboard side, we have two lounge chairs with a hidden drinks locker in the middle—perfect for those sailing sundowners. 🍹 ➡️ The salon also holds tons of storage, but we’ll dive into that in a later episode! 🚪 It’s the first room you step into when you come aboard, and it’s where we live, work, eat, relax, and more.
