The skills used at Hunter's Yard are both timeless and endangered, those of building and preserving hand-buit wooden boats of yesteryear. To offset the large amount of wood used in the traditional boat-building process, twice the number of trees used in construction was planted in partnership with OneTreePlanted in Borneo, where most of the ironwood was sourced.
