Or maybe just put on a sweater or go for a brisk walk. Hungry? Make a meal with whole foods. Learn to cook. This isn’t rocket science, but we live in a world that is ruled by corporate greed and a completely unsustainable standard of living that keeps us in debt. Keeps us unhealthy. We watch media that indoctrinates us to think that this unsustainable way of life is normal, a goal to work towards. Weird. Think of it this way. For any issue affecting our society, our lives, is there an entity that is profiting from it? If yes, then what possible motivation could that entity have to actually solve said issue? No matter what their mission statement says. Join me in thinking for ourselves. Applying our intelligence and logic to our own lives.
