Of all the things that could go wrong while sailing solo around the world, we don’t think Mara was prepared for this particular tragedy. Her one and only fridge has decided to stop working. And the problem? She still has A LOT of cheese onboard. Cheese that was supposed to last her another six months! Now she has two options: accept defeat and say goodbye to her precious cheese supply, or get creative and figure out how to preserve it without refrigeration.
