The bugs they catch act more like a natural fertilizer (extra nitrogen & nutrients) that helps them grow bigger traps and stay extra healthy. тЬЕ If your flytrap is outdoors in full sun: It will catch plenty of flies, ants, and spiders on its own. You rarely need to do anything! тЬЕ Indoors: You can feed it occasionally (1-2 small bugs per month max, like a fly or bloodworm) if you want faster growth.
