Dinner with a view! This is a typical dinner on the AmaWaterways, AMA Verde. It was delicious and an enjoyable setting. I chose a dry white wine to go with the sea bass and it was very good. We talked with the Greek windsurfer Byron Kokkalanis, who placed fifth at the 2016 Summer Olympics and sixth at the 2012 London Olympic Games, and his coach, Nikolaos Kaklamanakis, the Greek gold-medal winner who lit the Olympic torch in the opening ceremony of the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens!
