Dinner with a view! This is a typical dinner on the AmaWaterways, AMA Verde. It was delicious and an enjoyable setting. I chose a dry white wine to go with the sea bass and it was very good. Manchas was a patient I diagnosed with a hip dislocation in the boat access community of San Evaristo. Unfortunately it had been sometime since the incident, and so the hope of 'popping it back in' no longer existed. In a normal situation we would do surgery to fix it, but out here that wasn't an option, so we are going to see if we can manage it medically with pain relief and exercise/physical therapy. #doghealth #dogsurgery #dogshorts #vetvisit #vetmed
