Cure Marine made a splash on the international scene at the recent Annapolis Sailboat Show, where we showcased our new Cure 55 to an enthusiastic audience. The event showcased one of the largest arrays of luxury yachts, catamarans and marine products, all against the picturesque backdrop of historic Annapolis on the Chesapeake Bay. The new Cure 55 received an outstanding reception. Visitors were especially taken with our 3D Virtual Reality tour, which allowed them to navigate the Cure 55's layout and its intelligent design in a captivating manner. We also displayed an assortment of 3D-printed components for non-structural fittings and trims, underscoring our dedication to advanced technology. At Cure Marine, our emphasis has consistently been on quality – the quality of performance, fit and finish, components, and, crucially, craftsmanship. 'Noire', the Bloomfield Custom 70, constructed by Cure Marine and launched in March this year, stands as a testament to this, as do our previous high-performance cruising catamarans and monohulls. We sold our dream home mid-pandemic and after moving 3 times in 3 months we landed aboard our Seawind 1600 catamaran Wanderlust. We are Kristin + Fabio Potenti and our lovely little French Bulldog Yoda is on board with us. This dream has been in the making for years and we're super excited that it's finally coming true! It's all a bit surreal. We're longing to explore the world by sea, learn about different cultures and eat delicious food everywhere we go. For now we're based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL due to travel restrictions, which is a great location to get accustomed to the boat. This is a short intro video to share who we are and why we sold our home and moved onto a catamaran. We'll be documenting our journey as we learn the ins and outs of boat life, sail the beautiful waters of South Florida and the Bahamas, and cook up a storm in our galley. Yes, sometimes docking can be super hard with a strong wind conditions. An yes, sometimes it feels more like a “save the yacht” then “dock your yacht”. P.S. We knew that the wind will slow down in a few hours.
