Momento lassù, all’apice del mondo, dove tutto funziona, il lavoro va bene, l’azienda fattura, c’è serenità in famiglia e ti sembra possibile perfino sfiorare una cometa. Respiro. Un crollo al lavoro, una tempesta improvvisa, un maltempo non previsto. Respiro. Cercare di stare in cima alla torre dorata è un tentativo inutile. Solo scendere ci fa capire quanto sia bello il panorama lassù. Così la vita in porto ci ricorda quanto amiamo il mare, le sue onde, i suoi insegnamenti, il suo blu. Fortunatamente questa è una discesa attenuata:) Solo il vento dal Portogallo ci tiene bloccati qui. Aspettiamo e lavoriamo. Esploriamo e ci amiamo. Che per quello, c’è sempre tempo. ♥️

Other sailors advised us to visit the 2 islands below Cannes, because it was so idyllic. You would be very protected from wind and swell on the 'Plateau du milieu' = between the 2 islands, where it was only 3 meters deep and a good sandy bottom. in this crystal clear water the azure color of the Mediterranean Sea was clearly visible. It was indeed beautiful! Here's a movie filmed with a drone as we lay at anchor (thank you Marco Clazin!). You see, we weren't the only boat this summer ;)
