The cracked part I pointed out is BMW part number 51221817032, "Circlip", on parts diagram page: bodywork - trunk lid - trunk lid/closing system. If you can't get in through your back seats at all, apparently dealers drill a hole under the license plate to reattach the mechanism, which I think this video should be a useful reference for. 🇬🇧I finally regained the courage to continue writing my book. I had started it in 2017 but due to having to process so much and overcome obstacles in my life, I couldn't move forward with it.
