► Bruntons Propellers ► Optimum Engine Efficiency and Low Drag Under Sail ► The Autoprop Eco*Star, developed for hybrid and electric engines, is based on an automatic variable pitch mechanical principle. “The propeller constantly finds the right pitch for the speed of the boat,” explains David Sales and Marketing Director of Bruntons Propellers. This process optimizes propulsive efficiency compared to a conventional propeller, reduces hydrodynamic resistance when purely under sail, and improves performance astern by maintaining the leading edge of the propeller. Bruntons is currently working with several shipyards involved in electric and hybrid multihull projects, particularly on aluminum vessels designed for long-distance cruising. ► www.bruntons-propellers.com This video was produced by Bruntons Propellers and published in partnership with Multihulls World.

I have just returned from an extensive trip to the USA, and now I need to make the most of my time in Monaco to plan for a series of important projects...possibly the most important of which is the forthcoming shoot on the 82m Oceanco Super Yacht "ALFA NERO".
