Barefoot Hiker making miles on the Appalachian Trail as he summited Greylock and visited the War Memorial on the highest mountain in Massachusetts. Since this video, I've made it to Vermont and the Yellow Deli of Rutland, VT for a rest. I've also gotten a chance to rest several sprains and injuries. After two frustrating days at the Intergalactic championships on the Olympic waters he declared them unfit for Olympic racing. His suggestion: clean up the bay or sail outside on the ocean.
