Маленький вулканический остров Лобос лежит в 2 км от Фуэртевентуры и в 8 км от Лансароте. Изюминка острова - белоснежное дно и отсутствие океанской волны, привлекающее чартерные катамараны с сапами и каяками на борту. А ещё на Лобосе очень много рыбы, каждое утро рыбацкие катера выстраиваются шеренгой и таскают карасей и окуней одного за другим. Доминантой острова выступает вулкан, половина которого давно обвалилась в море, и остался только бортик высотой 120 м.

Giorno 37 - Poetto Sardegna Ultimo giorno qui. Ultima sveglia su 6 metri di cristallo liquido. Nonostante la giornata piena di call e lavori, ci sono stati parecchi highlights. Primo tra tutti un bagno di prima mattina nel mezzo di una baia addormentata. Un evento prezioso. Tuffi + aperitivo con i ragazzi della porta accanto Pranzo eccezionale Conosciamo un @Luigi selvatico in pausa da lavoro, che esce con il suo Janneau e condivide con noi un caffè caldo ed esperienze in barca, agli albori di un bellissimo rapporto con il mare. This is a short video with an impression of the workshop that I gave on the 'ATD International Conference and Expo' at 22. Mai 2023 in San Diego. ATD is the American Association for Trainers, the largest worldwide with 300.000 members. For 80 years now, they organize every year a 4 day conference in a city in the USA. I've been a speaker 3 times before and now is the 4th time. The topic that I presented was about Online Training, because I am a 100% online trainer now at the catamaran. I shared my 10 best tips on keeping the participants attention when you are an online trainer: https://atdconference.td.org/speakers/laura-van-den-ouden The tips come from the Dutch bestseller that I wrote in 2020 which is called '100 Online werkvormen': https://experttrainers.nl/100-online-werkvormen-e-book/. This E-book is also translated in English, titled '100 online working methods for online training'. The training was a success! There was room for 130 participants and about 300 people showed up, so extra chairs were ordered, or people had to sit on the ground or lean against the walls :). I used a bingo card and 10 online tips, also telling about the fact that I train on a catamaran. It was a practical session, it was nice that the session was appreciated by other international trainers!
