7th Video - Starting to get back into shape again after being off for 15 years and recently off for 6 weeks after having an operation on my hand. Excuse the state of my gybes, if you have any tips I'd appreciate the feedback. Great morning session at Crow Point, North Devon. 8 - 15 knots South-South Westerlies increasing at the end to about 20 knots. Only one out there!
