The final step in going completely off grid

With our solar we already make electricity, and power for the motors, now we also have a watermaker running so we can make fresh water out of sea water. If I could catch fish and grow some veggies I'd never need to leave the boat ? I bought a water maker kit from https://yellowfishmarine.com/ it was one of the best priced, and a really simple design which I liked. the owner also provided pretty much everything needed, along with labels on every part so I could just plug and play. I also asked him so many questions during my build and he was absolutely great about getting back to me quickly, with great advice, couldn't recommend yellow fish enough!
