Spring Boat Projects Pt. 2 - Teak, Kiwigrip, New Bilge Pump & Old Bilge Mystery Solved

Ultra satisfying jobs on my 1981 Cape Dory 28 sailboat. A lot of teak on this boat and I like to keep it natural which means one big scrub, brightening, and re-oil per year. I also applied new Kiwigrip non-skid to the top deck surface with some spectacular results. And bonus - the bilge mystery is finally solved
