Sea of Cortez Baja Rally 2022
Our 12th Annual Rally around the Islands of Loreto in the Sea of Cortez was a success! We had 11 boats join us this year and it was great to see old friends and make new ones! We kicked off the event with a Cinco de Mayo Meet & Greet party at Marina Puerto Escondido with taco bar, margaritas and live band. Day 1: The crew paraded out of the marina the next morning and headed to Yellowstone Beach at Isla Montserrat for a swim, snorkel, SUP and sunset beach BBQ. Day 2: The next morning we raced to Bahia Salinas on Isla Carmen and enjoyed a sunset dinghy raft up & happy hour onboard Balam. Day 3: Amazing Snorkeling and diving the shipwreck at Bahia Salinas in the morning followed by a downwind sail around Isla Carmen for a sundowner at Isla Coronado.
