Saying Goodbye to a Legend: Greta Mae Sheppard 1929-2023

I was on deck gazing at the stars a few hours ago when I received the news that my mother just passed away. She was my inspiration. She never made it on board my boat. Everything I did in life was in part to make her proud. She has been suffering from dementia for a few years; like others, the last few years have been hard on her because of the isolation.
