Sanding my Lugger Reefing Chocs To Size

Only a quick one today, I finish sanding the reefing chocs on my Drascombe Lugger to size. Too small and they won;t hold the halyrad, but too big and they may ctach the sails and lines . I also have a quick look at sizing up cleats for new stainless stell 316 screws.
