Problems in Paradise; Sailing to Button Shell Beach

Season 4 | Episode 79 | Fourth of July On this episode we head off from Los Angeles bound for Button Shell Beach near Whites Anchorage on Catalina Island. Button Shell is just about exactly half way between Two Harbors and Avalon. Our plan was to get away from the city and all of the fireworks so Camille's Cattle Dog, Mr. Steady, could have a peaceful holiday. We encountered more problems on this trip than any other trip I have ever done. From a blown out sail to anchoring problems, to a failed bilge pump and a slipped stern anchor.....
