One of our absolute favorite stops in the Caribbean is Dominica. It is a beautiful island with 20 volcanos and 365 rivers. Some of the most amazing fruits and vegetables we have ever seen are grown here and sold in Portsmouth at a large market on Saturday. It is not the easiest island to get to (though there is a direct flight from Miami), but it would be a wonderful place to spend a week on vacation!
