In a market dominated by outboard power, MJM Yachts has converted their popular MJM 43zi inboard model to the newer MJM 43z to create an outboard powered cruiser with a classic downeast style feel. The vessel is powered by triple 300 HP outboards engines stock, or 350 HP Mercury Verado outboard engines. While cruising in the mid-30 mph range, with a top speed in the low 50s, the MJM 43z has become a performance cruiser, still capable of island hopping and sandbar visits with its shoal-friendly 26” draft, making it an ideal, easy to maintain, fun family and friends’ boat and ideal island hopper.
