Launch of the Balance 482, "Zephyr
The Balance 482, Zephyr, was launched at Royal Cape Yacht Club, Cape Town, on a beautiful spring day in September 2021. Her owners, Scott and Amy, landed in Cape Town an hour before her launch and made it to the dock just in time to see their beautiful vessel get splashed. Sparcraft Masts then stepped her rig and Ullman Sails South Africa fitted her mainsail. This video gives some insight into the excitement of launch day and all that is involved. She is designed by Du Toit Yacht Design and built by Balance Catamarans Cape Town. She's a beauty with her elegant grey hulls, and we can't wait to follow her adventures in the Caribbean and beyond!
