Von Norwegen bis zu den Kanaren, 9000 Kilometer, spontan und ohne Reiseführer und Buchungen: Roadtrip oder Quälerei? Am Ende werden wir schlauer sein! Nachdem wir bis in die Karibik und nach Mexiko gekommen sind, hat die Pandemie unsere Pläne für die Fortsetzung einer Weltumsegelung zunichte gemacht..: ein aufgezwungener Zeitpunkt für einen Break. After getting as far as the Caribbean and Mexico, the pandemic canceled our plans to continue our circumnavigation...: a forced timing for a break! Nun ist das Schiff verkauft und wir sind wieder zu"Landratten" mutiert. Da Abenteuerlust und Fernweh weiterhin ungebrochen sind, bleiben wir der Langfahrt treu, jedoch (vorerst) mit anderem fahrbaren Untersatz, unserem Mercedes CLK Cabrio aus dem Jahr 2000. Since our thirst for adventure and wanderlust is unbroken, we stay loyal to the long journey, but (for now) with a different set of wheels, a Mercedes CLK convertible from the year 2000: Wenn alles klappt, wird ein lang gehegter Traum Wirklichkeit.., eine Herbst-Reise von Nord nach Süd durch ganz Europa, bis zu den Kanarischen Inseln! Von den verschiedenen Routen-Optionen bevorzugen wir die Mittelmeer-Strecke, zumal sie eine enorme Zahl an hochattraktiven Zielen bereithält, z.B. Ligurien, Provence und Costa Brava sowie die Algarve, um nur einige zu nennen; unterwegs unzählige attraktive Landschaften und Kleinstädte ebenso wie die Großstädte Genua, Monte Carlo, Marseille, Barcelona oder Gibraltar. If everything works out, a long-held dream will become reality..., an autumn-trip from north to south through all of Europe to the Canary Islands! Of the various route options, we prefer the Mediterranean route, especially since it offers an enormous number of highly attractive destinations, e.g. Liguria, Provence and Costa Brava as well as the Algarve, to name just a few, countless attractive small towns and villages, as well as the big cities Genoa, Monte Carlo, Marseille, Barcelona or Gibraltar. In kleinen Etappen und ohne Reiseführer und Hotelbuchungen wollen wir - offen fahrend - möglichst viele neue Entdeckungen machen, dabei auch größere Umwege in Kauf nehmend. Ansonsten setzen auf unser sprichwörtliches Wetter-Glück und unsere guten Beziehungen zu "Rasmus". Außerdem bauen wir drauf,, dass unser "Youngster" mit seinen zarten 24 Jahren keine nennenswerten Schwächen zeigt. In small stages and without travel guides and hotel bookings, we want to make as many new discoveries as possible - traveling openly - while also taking major detours into account. Otherwise, we rely on our proverbial luck with the weather and our good relationships with "Rasmus". We are also relying on the fact that our "youngster", at just 24 years old, does not show any significant weaknesses.
