Ingredients: 500g of strong bread flour 2 tsps salt 7g dried yeast 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil 350g luke warm water ? Method: 1) Mix together 2) Kneed for 7 minutes 3) Proof for 1hr 4) Knock back and kneed again for 3-5 minutes 5) Shape into whatever shape you like and at this stage add any additional ingredients you would like 5) Proof for another 45mins - 1hr 6) Pre heat the oven to 220c 7) Put bread in oven and turn oven down to 200c 8) Bake for 30-35 mins or until you can tap the bottom and it sounds hollow.
