Finally, I leave Almerimar and head west. The voyage is characterized by rough conditions, but also by occasional beautiful sailing. In Gibraltar, I fill up with diesel and make my final anchor stop off Algeciras before heading through the Strait of Gibraltar and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
