This year’s America’s Cup theme music, composed by Arli Liberman, is a fusion of sound and innovation. What makes it truly special is the incorporation of the AC75 boats’ mechanical sounds, transformed into intricate rhythms that drive the composition. Combined with the powerful voices of the Orfeo Català female choir from Barcelona’s Palau de la Música, the piece captures both the intensity of the race and the elegance of the sea. Liberman’s inventive approach and collaboration create a sonic experience that echoes the spirit of competition and beauty of the oldest international trophy. 37th America’s Cup Theme Credits Composed & Produced by Arli Liberman Barcelona: Choir: Orfeo Català Conductor: Montse Meneses Recorded at Medusa Studios Recording engineer: Jason Boshoff Coordination & Admin: Oscar García-Bragado @ Room To Aotearoa New Zealand: Choir & Strings arrangements: Ryan Youens Percussion: De Stevens AC 75 onboard boat sampling: Patrick Duncan Programming editing analog processing Synth & Guitars: Arli Liberman Recorded at Roundhead Studios Recording Engineer: Paddy Hill Mixed by Tiki Taane @ Tikidub Studios Production manager: Théo Seffusatti Production coordination: Heard & Seen Special thanks to: Leon Sefton, Terri Mac, Tim Butt, Nathan Outteridge & Grant Dalton Music is available now on streaming platforms. https://bfan.link/37th-america-s-cup
