§ 53 UrhG Abs. 2 Nr. 2 regelt: Sofern Sie das Buch, welches Sie in ihr Archiv aufnehmen wollen, gekauft haben und es somit in ihrem Eigentum steht, dürfen Sie es auch archivieren und zwar auch durch Einscannen.
