this episode I head out to the reef after being in Hervey Bay (K'Gari) for over month. after a long anticipated weather window we set off into open ocean with a split in my mast and a newly installed anchor winch and drama that was about to unfold which I had no idea about! I had never been out onto the open ocean before with my dad so I was soo excited to share this experience with him as we sailed alongside each other. although some wild stuff went down I still felt filled with joy being at lady Musgrave and knowing that I made it there in one piece!
