Ah, to live the dream of sailing the crystal bule waters of the Bahamas and Caribbean. Basking in the warm sun. Feeling the wind blowing through your hair. Snorkeling with beautiful fish. Eating amazing food. Drinking a tropical cocktail and watching the sun sink into the ocean. LIVING THE DREAM! Then reality sets in. For the most part sailing is dealing with issue after issue keeping your boat/home in functioning order so that you can survive on it. A day doesn't go by that there isn't a new problem to solve, a part to repair, or a tiny hole you need to squeeze into. So, why do we do this?
