A Tribute to Snorkeling in the Caribbean

A Tribute to Snorkeling in the Caribbean! This video is dedicated to Mie's mom. We took her snorkeling for the first time in her life when she visited us Spring 2019 in the Caribbean. But she couldn't really adjust to the snorkel and mask, so she didn't see much of the beauty of what is in the ocean and with this video we would like to show her that. Sadly coral reefs are threatened all over the world and particularly so in the Caribbean. In fact, only about one-sixth of the original coral cover is left in the Caribbean and all coral reefs in the Caribbean may disappear in the next 20 years. So maybe video likes this will be the only way to experience the beauty of coral reefs in the future? ? All footage in this video is shot while snorkeling, hence no SCUBA while making this video. Unfortunately, our underwater camera leaked while we were in the British Virgin Islands, so this video is also a little tribute to our Garmin Virb Ultra 30 camera.
