A Smokey Coconut Margarita- YES PLEASE- A Catamaran Cocktails Original Recipe
This drink is slightly more complex to make than some of our others- but a million times worth it!! Wow- it turned out INSANELY GOOD. Everyone on the boat was a big fan- this is a crowd pleaser, for sure. If you like Mezcal then this one is not to be missed. Let us know what you think! The Smokey Coconut Margarita: 2/3oz Fresh squeezed Lime Juice 1 and 1/2oz Mezcal 1/2oz Tripel Sec 1/2oz Malibu or coconut rum 1 and 1/2oz Coco Lopez Shake, serve with the ice in shaker. Top with coconut shavings A big thanks to our special guests this week- Ryans parents. We took them out on an EPIC 10 day sailing adventure....which may have turned out to be just a little to epic for all of us...It took a good few days to recover. Thanks for all the fun.
