As a farewell to our friends and Canada we end our Canadian experience with home made Poutine. This was a DIY poutine experiment. We used Manitoba's award winning cheese curds, Squeakers. They were delicious! It is hard not to be with gravy cheese curds and french fries. Bam! like Emeril Lagasse up in here! It has been a wonderful time visiting our neighbors to the North. learning about there history and culture and boating on a fresh water lake. Lake of the Woods.
