Back in the galley, and weâre cooking up some big plans! Hereâs what we want to optimize: đ„ Going Fully Electric: With our new lithium batteries and powerful inverter, weâre swapping out the old gas stove for an induction cooktop and air fryer oven. This upgrade will take Velaâs galley to the next levelâand itâs all part of going greener and more efficient before we set sail! đ§ Fridge Upgrade: Our current fridge is the âstack-it-and-hope-for-the-bestâ type, and letâs just say, digging to the bottom for a forgotten yogurt isnât exactly ideal. Weâre dreaming of a drawer or door-style fridge for better organization and access.
