This kit prevents water from entering the hull through the front hatch of 2019 Outbacks that are experiencing leaking issues, especially in rough or choppy conditions. Hobie Part Number and Description: 72020119 HATCH LID GASKET, OUT 2019+ Tools needed for gasket install: sharpie scissors painters tape Pro Tips: Push down on hatch lid once closed to ensure the hatch lid and gaskets are seated correctly. Tighten top bungees by 3 inches if they are loose.
