Our March 27, 2022 edition of our Cooking and Provisioning Class. The members wanted to learn how to use up leftovers on their passages. We taught them frittatas and fried rice, along with basic provisioning principles, sanitation and knife skills.

Our Perkins has had a tendency to overheat, so we got a new heat exchanger, and it already had a stainless exhaust elbow- BUT- as we took that off to replace a hose, we realized that the manifold also could use a replacement!
