This Aviation has: 2 ½ ounces of gin ¾ ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed) ½ ounce Luxardo Liqueur ½ ounce Creme de Violette 1 Luxardo cherry (optional) 1 strip of lemon peel for garnish Place gin (I used Empress Indigo Gin!), Luxardo liqueur, and Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake the cocktail shaker until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of lemon peel. Filming "Flying Manta" with @FraseryachtsSuperyachtSales was a wonderful experience, but it was also educational. It is easy to have a romantic notion of landing on a yacht with a helicopter, but the reality is that a lot of work goes in to making this happen. When we got back to the office we chatted about the experience...I think Slava got the best part of the deal, since he accompanied the pilot on the flight!
