I attempted to filet it and in the process made some amazing sushi! Fresh sockeye sushi sashimi! Yum! A little soy sauce and a slice of beautiful red salmon! Doesn't get any better

No wind on today's outing so we motored out to Montauk Lighthouse and saw a big school of bunker along the way.
