After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour! I know how seriously the people of Trinidad and Tobago take their cooking so wanted to make sure I could do a decent effort before I shared how it went! Our first addition to the channel. By this point in 2018 we had test sailed the Hanse 388 already and decided to buy the Hanse 418, very similar just a little bigger. This was a really nice bonus test sail from Skeppsholmen to Svinninge last year (2018) with Bohus Yachts. What a great day for sailing. Music by Max Noremo - thanks
