Transit 38 cruising catamaran by Woods Designs overtaking a 41ft FP Lipari to windward in 15-20 knots wind. One cruising couple on each boat. When we met the Lipari we were sailing in the other direction, so had to gybe round to chase them. So we started maybe 1/4mile behind them and right behind. we slowly caught them up. Pointing higher and sailing faster. It is hard to film and steer at the same time! I also have a range of other multihull designs, both power and sail from 14-45ft that you can build yourself from plans, see www.sailingcatamarans.com for more
