► Since 1973, the La Rochelle Boat Show, known simply as “Le Grand Pavois” in French, has been THE not-to-be-missed afloat show on France’s Atlantic coast. With 750 boats on display and a record 80,000 visitors, the 2023 event (that ran from September 20 to 25, so a little earlier than usual) clearly benefited from the scheduled absence of the Paris Boat Show at the end of the year. According to the organizers, no more than 10 square feet was left available at the Port des Minimes! Of course, the Multihulls World team was there. Wpisode 6 now up! Sailing Ibiza ⚓️⛵️ We anchored up in Cala Talamanca, Ibiza and hopped off the boat for a couple of days to visit several inland sites. This would be the first time we had left the boat unattended at anchor overnight, so we were a little nervous, but we had a good hold and had set the anchor alarm!
